Supported categories

The demo platform is designed around forms, email, CRM systems, databases, REST APIs, Slack, and automation platforms.

Authentication

Connections should use the authentication method documented by the integration. Secrets should never be pasted into ordinary support messages.

API connections

API integrations may require an endpoint, authentication credentials, and a documented request/response format. Test requests before enabling production automation.

Common connection problem

If an integration fails after previously working, check credentials, permissions, rate limits, endpoint changes, and recent configuration changes before escalating.
