What is ForgeFlow?
ForgeFlow is a fictional demo product representing an AI workflow platform with workflow automation, a knowledge assistant, and an operations hub.
How much is the Growth plan?
The Growth demo plan costs $149 per month and includes up to 15 workflows and 10,000 automation runs.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents the next renewal.
Will cancellation automatically refund the current month?
No. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. Refund exceptions require human review.
What integrations does ForgeFlow support?
The demo platform is designed around forms, email, CRM systems, databases, REST APIs, Slack, and automation platforms.
What should I do if a workflow fails?
Open the workflow run history, identify the first failed step, and review its input and error message. Repeated failures should be escalated.
Can the AI answer questions that aren't in the documentation?
It should not guess. The intended AI support workflow will identify unsupported questions and route them to human support when appropriate.
